Resuming the Daily DC walks

So its been a while.  But I recently got a fitbit so I hope to resume the lunchtime walks to keep my step count up.

Today I walked down to the Botanic Gardens to see the famous corpse flower that blooms only every seven years.

Sadly I waited too long and it had already collapsed this morning.  This is what it looked like for me.

It didn't even stink anymore!

But still, it was a good walk to a lovely destination. :-)
